Stylish, Fun & Functional Bags, Totes & Gifts from Thirty-One

Anyone who knows me knows that I am a purse and tote bag junkie.  I cannot resist a cute bag or purse and I cannot have enough tote bags to carry all my business and personal stuff around in.  One company that I often purchase bags from is Thirty-One.   (Okay to be honest, I own like half the catalog, I seriously love their products!)

Thirty-One was founded by a mom just eleven years ago. Cindy Monroe had a vision for “celebrating, encouraging and rewarding others for who they are” while providing excellent products, a fun shopping experience and unlimited income opportunity.

Something most people don’t know is that I was actually a Thirty-One consultant many years ago when the company was only a couple years old. (This was before I joined Tupperware).   I love that they are founded on Biblical principles and desire to empower and encourage women and am obviously still a big fan of their products and the company itself.

It is hard to choose, but a few of my favorite products include the Organizing Utility Tote, Large Zipper Pouch and the new Super Organizing Tote. I have several of the Organizing Utility Totes and the Large Zipper Pouches that I use both for personal and business.

The Large Zipper pouches are the perfect size for a cute money bag at my direct sales parties. I have my calculator, ink pens, extra order forms and a small clipboard, change and my Square Card reader (for credit card payments) that I keep in there. Then I can just slide the customer’s completed order form and payment in the zipper pouch. It helps keep me organized while looking stylish too!  I have given a lot of these as gifts and prizes to my team members. I also use the  Zipper Pouches for other things like as a travel cosmetics bag or to keep all my boxes of jewelry in when traveling. They have a plastic lining that is easy to wipe off if it gets dirty.

The Organizing Utility Tote is another must have tool for my direct sales parties too! I use it to carry my party guest folders in, party planning and recruiting packets, plus extra catalogs. The pockets around the tote hold ink pens, business cards, door prize drawing slips, party invitations to give hosts, name tags and scotch tape.   If you are in direct sales this bag can help keep you so super organized!   While Thirty-One does offer custom monogramming, because of trademark laws they cannot monogram company names on their bags. I had someone local monogram mine for me though and they only charged me about $8.   For those who don’t have a small business, the Organizing Utility Tote can be used as a diaper bag, a toy bag for the house or for the car when travelling, a cleaning supply organizer, an outdoor beach tote or just an everyday tote to keep all your stuff organized.

Another product I really like is the Fold n Go Organizer with Notepad.  This thing is so cool. I actually use it as a carrying case for my Kindle Fire. The Kindle fits perfectly in the middle section. I keep the usb cord & ear phones in the pocket, they slide down in there perfectly. The zipper section I have a post it note pad and ink pen in but you could put anything in there.  The notepad still fits inside too.  It folds up and has an elastic band to keep it all together.

The newest Thirty-One tote that I absolutely love is the Super Organizing Tote. This bag is so big and it has the pockets around it like the smaller Organizing Utility Tote has. However this one has a zipper so it zips shut! This bag would be great for an overnight bag or for organizing kids sports gear or for so many other things.  I use mine for my direct sales business though as my vendor event bag.  I can fit so much stuff in this bag that it is just amazing!  I have all my business tools and supplies for when I do events in it like packs of catalogs and sales fliers, my Zipper Pouch money bag, another Zipper pouch that has pens, duct tape, scissors and other office supplies one might need when doing an event, tablecloths, party packets, clipboards, a container of business cards, the display signs and banners that I use and there is still room for more stuff left!  The outside pockets I have pens, business cards, hand sanitizer and I even have room for a 2 of the 16oz Tupperware Eco Water Bottles on the outside too.  I seriously love this bag and especially that it zips shut!  It is very sturdy and comes in several colors and patterns.

Thirty-One carries many different products besides just purses and tote bags in various patterns for women, men and kids!  Every month they have a great sales special and they come out with new patterns with each catalog.
