Welcome to Novica.com!

I am so excited to have the opportunity to review NOVICA and share it with my readers!  NOVICA is associated with National Geographic. Their mission is to “give artists and artisans around the world a global platform to express their true artistic talents and to spur their creativity” and through the Internet and a new unique home party business opportunity  “to provide others with access to unique, hard-to-find items at great values that creates a bridge between consumers and the many talented artisans across the globe.”

NOVICA offers many wonderful products in various price ranges. You can find home decor, baskets, mirrors, paintings, jewelry, handbags, clothing, musical instruments, sculptures, tableware’s and so much more!  What I love about NOVICA’s items are that they are all made by artisans and craftsmen (and women) from around the world. On each product page you find information on the artisan and how they made the product. All the products are unique. Many of them are one of a kind while some of them they are sold only in small quantities.

I love being able to support another small business owner / entrepreneur when I am purchasing products for myself and others. I also enjoy being able to purchase unique, hand-crafted gifts. NOVICA’s prices are very reasonable and there are hundreds of items under $30. They also have special sales and promotions and add new products on a regular basis.

I choose two items to review. The first is a set of amethyst drop earrings.  I loved the contrast in the colors in this set and how elegant they looked. They look great with a dressy top and jeans and also with a more formal dress.  The earrings came in a gift box that looked to be made out of handmade paper. It included a card with the name and short biography of the artisan who made the earrings.  Many of the products come gift wrapped for free or if not you can purchase gift wrapping for a small fee.

The other item I choose to review is this cute handbag. I loved the multi-colored pattern on the outside of this bag. It also came wrapped in handmade paper with a ribbon and gift tag with the artisan’s name and bio included. I think it will be perfect to carry in the fall with all the warm, autumn colors I wear during that season. It is sewn together very well and has an inside zipper pocket which is handy for my keys and cell phone. It is just the right size for a night out or carrying every day.

NOVICA also has a home business / direct sales opportunity called NOVICA Live. As you all know I have been involved in direct sales for over 6 years and I love the direct sales industry. I think this is a very unique, ground floor opportunity. Not only will you be able to make an income showcasing unique & beautiful items, you will also be helping men and women around the world earn an income too when the products are purchased.  The catalog / product line for NOVICA Live features items not sold on the website.  You can begin your own NOVICA Live home business by purchasing a starter kit for $199. It has over $400 of products and $100 in business supplies to get you started. Click here to learn more. • Wow they have some amazing things! I got caught up browsing around. I really like the Leather clutch, ‘Bali in Bloom’. Thank you and Novica for the chance to win!

  • There’s so much to choose from, it’s really hard to pick just one thing. Something I love (but not sure I would try to purchase) is the Auto part statuette, ‘Rustic Quixote and Sancho.’ Truthfully, if I won, I’d probably give it to my daughter, and she’d probably choose some jewelry. Thanks for the opportunity!

  • I love the Pearl and peridot beaded bracelet, ‘Marshmallow and Lime’!
Thank you for the chance. 🙂

    • Hi Gail, I am waiting for the winner to reply to the email to confirm. She has until end of the day Sunday or I will draw someone else and email them. Thanks for following up! I hope to announce the official winner soon!

  • Thank you to everyone who entered the giveaway! Since the first drawn winner never confirmed I drew a 2nd winner. She confirmed right away. Congrats to Ella on winning! 🙂
