We'll meet together 1:1 on via Zoom for an hour each week for 8 weeks. Each weekly session has a specific purpose to help you release past trauma & fears, discover your beliefs & influences, tap into the best parts of your personality, create better habits, dream up your best life and implement a plan for living like a CEO each day going forward.   

Each session will begin with a mindset check in & review of the previous week's homework.

Then we'll discuss the current week's topic and deep dive into thoughtful questions to help you uncover your beliefs, patterns, blocks, strengths and dreams.

After the session, you'll have some homework to complete that includes some additional questions to answer or different activities to help implement what we've covered so you can make progress each week.

Then we'll meet again the following week to move on to the next step in the process of creating your CEO life.  During the final session, I'll share different tools and strategies you can use to stay on track going forward.

You'll also receive a bonus 30 minute check in call with me that you can book whenever you need to within 90 days of your 8 week program ending. This will give you that extra support if you hit a roadblock, need some encouragement, want to celebrate your progress or are ready to go for new goals!
